Stepstone Music is a result of 12 years recording many excellent artists and we are committed to getting great music into the heart of music lovers by promoting the sale of CD’s or DVD’s through the recording and rehearsal facility, venues, shops and the media.
If you have a finished music CD or DVD (even a single, well recorded track is enough) we would be happy to promote it for you through this website as well as all of the above avenues. This could in time lead to a wider range of listeners and a better understanding of your music.
This section indroduces you to the recording and rehearsal studios based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Established for more than 12 years, the recording studio has a live room large enough to accommodate a rock band or even a small orchestra. Everything is recorded straight to a hard drive using Pro Logic 7.2 (automated mixing) and mixed on a Mackie analogue desk. The studio provides a spacious and friendly enviroment to help the recording artists feel comforatbale.
There is good parking and easy access, equipment can be supplied (although most musicians prefer to bring their own) and accommodation is available if required.
A quality rehearsal facility is available with 8m x 3.5m fully sound-proofed rooms, PA’s and all the microphones you’ll need. Competitive rates starting from just £25 per hour mean that the studio gives you complete value for money.
